Shore Club South Beach: Terrazza
Terrazza at Shore Club is helmed by Executive Chef Stefano Riccioletti. Born and raised in Rome, Terrazza is Chef Riccioletti's first foray into the South Beach restaurant scene. He has held previous high-profile positions manning the kitchens of New York’s famed San Domenico on Central Park South, with Cipriani at Rockefeller Center, and at Michael White’s Vento in the Meatpacking District. Chef Riccioletti’s acclaimed culinary skill coupled with Shore Club’s poolside terrace dreamscape make Terrazza a dining experience not to be missed. His authentically Italian menu items include handmade brick oven pizzas, homemade pastas, fresh salads sourced from local produce, and a selection of the finest wood-fired dry-aged steaks and chops.
