Soaring 200 feet above the ocean line, a new 18-story tower captures state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor living. Behind the original Art Deco façade of the historic Cromwell House, a suite of residences and a deluxe Penthouse have been purposefully reimagined. And a single-family Beach House has been designed to create the ultimate beachfront life.
